For daily use: Rub 1 pump of oil between your palms and apply to the ends of your hair

For hair treatment: Rub 1-2 pumps of oil between your palms and apply to the hair roots, and entire hair shaft. Leave in for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. Shampoo & Condition as usual
